In 1913, with the First World War looming, Moosomin Armoury was built to become a recruiting and drill training hall for the area. The Armoury was called into service again in World War ll.

The hall is now a designated Municipal Heritage Building and serves the community of Moosomin and area. Extensive restoration and renovation have been done. The Moosomin Armoury Hall has capacity for 300 and is air-conditioned and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, bar, and sound system.
